Group Codes

The Group Codes screen can be accessed from the Job Code Sections screen by moving the cursor over a Make and selecting Groups from the pop-up menu.

The Group Codes screen allows you to search for and maintain group codes.

The following is a description of the sorting options available on the Group Codes screen:

Sort by
Field	Description
Code	Sort the search results by group code.
Description	Sort the search results by group code description.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Group Codes screen:

Field	Description
Select Code	Search for a group code by entering a group code.
Select Description	Search for a group code by entering a group code description.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Group Codes screen:

Field	Description
Code	In the job code classification hierarchy group is a subset of section. Group codes may be defined in your vendor's technical manual.
Description	A brief description outlining the group code.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Group Codes screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Group Codes screen and returns to the Job Code Sections screen.
