Group Codes
Use the Group Codes screen to search for and maintain group codes.
The Group Codes screen is accessed from the Job Code Sections screen by hovering over a Make and selecting Groups from the pop-up menu.
The sorting options on the Group Codes screen are:

| Field | Description |
| Code | Sort the search results by group code. |
| Description | Sort the search results by group code description. |
The search fields on the Group Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Code | Search for a group code by entering a group code. |
| Select Description | Search for a group code by entering a group code description. |
The fields on the Group Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | In the job code classification hierarchy, group is a subset of section. Group codes may be defined in your vendor's technical manual. |
| Description | A brief description outlining the group code. |
Click the Need to add a group code? Click here to add link to add a group code.
Click Close to close the Group Codes screen and return to the Job Code Sections screen.
