Mass Change Salesperson

Use the Mass Change Salesperson screen to update the salesperson ID in a number of applications throughout the system, including parts and equipment invoices and quotes, work orders, scheduled calls and rental contracts.

Warning: Under no circumstances should this utility be used while someone is actively using the system. All users should be OFF the system and any required restarts dealt with before use.

To open the Mass Change Salesperson screen, click the Mass Change Salesperson link on the Utilities screen.

The search fields on the Mass Change Salesperson screen are:

Field	Description
From Salesperson	The original salesperson ID that you want to update or change.
To Salesperson	The new salesperson ID that the selected applications are assigned to.

The update options on the Mass Change Salesperson screen are:

Option	Description
Customer Profile	Updates the salesperson ID on customer profiles.
Contacts	Updates the salesperson ID(s) assigned to customer contacts.
Scheduled Calls	Updates the salesperson ID on scheduled calls.
Open Parts Invoices	Updates the salesperson ID on open parts invoices.
Open Parts Quotes	Updates the salesperson ID on open parts quotes.
Open Equipment Invoices	Updates the salesperson ID on open equipment invoices.
Open Equipment Quotes	Updates the salesperson ID on open equipment quotes.
Open Work Orders	Updates the salesperson ID on open work orders.
Open Work Order Quotes	Updates the salesperson ID on open work order quotes.
Rental Contracts	Updates the salesperson ID on rental contracts.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Mass Change Salesperson screen:

Button	Description
Run Update	Updates the salesperson ID in the selected applications.
Close	Closes the Mass Change Salesperson screen without updating any salesperson IDs.
