Add/View Parts Store
Add Parts Store screen:
The Add Parts Store screen allows you to add another parts store to the system.
To open the Add Parts Store screen, from anywhere within IntelliDealernavigate to Configuration > Parts> General> Parts Store Priorities .
The field on the Add Parts Store screen are:

| Select Location | Select the branch location you want to add as another parts store. |
The buttons completes work on the Add Parts Store screen are:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made to the Add Parts Store screen. |
| Close | Closes the Add Parts Store screen without saving and returns to the Parts Store Priority screen. |
View Parts Store screen:
Use the View Parts Store screen to view or delete the selected parts store from the system.
To open the View Parts Store screen, click a Location on the Parts Store Priorities screen.
The field on the View Parts Store screen are:

| Location | The branch location of the selected parts store. |
The buttons completes work on the View Parts Store screen are:

| Delete | Deletes the selected parts store. |
| Close | Closes the View Parts Store screen and returns to the Parts Store Priorities screen. |
The Advanced Ordering checkbox controls which branches are to be used. Only those vendor/locations that are checked will be searched for excess inventory.
