Add/View Parts Store

To open the Add Parts Store screen, click the Need to create another location? Click here to add link on the Parts Store Priorities screen.
The Add Parts Store screen allows you to add another parts store to the system.
The following field appears on the Add Parts Store screen:
Field | Description |

Select Location | Select the branch location you want to add as another parts store. |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Add Parts Store screen:
Button | Function |
---|---|
Save | Saves changes made to the Add Parts Store screen. |
Close | Closes the Add Parts Store screen without saving and returns to the Parts Store Priority screen. |

To open the View Parts Store screen, click a Location on the Parts Store Priorities screen.
The View Parts Store screen allows you to view or delete the selected parts store from the system.
The following field appears on the View Parts Store screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Location | The branch location of the selected parts store. |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the View Parts Store screen:
Button | Function |
---|---|
Delete | Deletes the selected parts store. |
Close | Closes the View Parts Store screen and returns to the Parts Store Priorities screen. |
Note: The Advanced Ordering check box controls which branches are to be used. Only those vendor/locations that are checked will be searched for excess inventory.
