IntelliDealer Administration - Fields
Use the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen to add alternate file descriptions or edit alternate field name descriptions, for use throughout the IntelliDealer system.
The IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen is accessed from the Fields screen by either clicking a Field Name or by selecting the Click here to enter alternate file text link.
The fields on the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Language | Each valid language as configured in the ELANG table is listed allowing you to override the description and heading for each one. |
| Description | The alternate language text for the field or file. |
| Headings |
The alternate field heading text. This field appears only when accessing the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen by clicking a Field Name. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen:

|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made to the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen. |
| Save & Next |
Saves any edits/changes made to the selected file or field text and scrolls through to the next file or field text in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only when accessing the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen by clicking a Field Name. |
| Close | Closes the IntelliDealer Administration - Fields screen without saving and returns to the Fields screen. |
