Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers

Use the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen to update the account numbers and profit centers at your dealership. When updated, the account numbers/profit center information is updated in the green screen table associated with the account.

The Select Account, Select Division, and Select Branch fields are mandatory.

To open the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen, navigate to Configuration > Utilities > Update Tables Accounts.

The search fields on the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen are:

Field	Description
Select Company	Select the company to update the account information for.
Select Division	Select the division to update the account information for.
Select Branch	Select the branch to update the account information for.
Select Account Number	Select a specific account number to update the information for.
Select Profit Center	Select a profit center to update the account information for.
Select Table	Select a specific green table to update the account information for.
Select Only Changes	If selected, filters the search results to display only accounts for which a value has been entered in the Change Account field.

The fields on the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen are:

Field	Description
Line Number	This field is system-generated and is used to display the search results in numerical order.
Location	The Company/Division/Location related to the selected account.
Table	The green screen table related to the selected account.
Table Key	The remainder of the key for the PFWTAB file associated with the account. For example, if the selected account is associated with the CASHTAB table (which itself stores values for multiple cash codes), the table key is the specific cash code associated with the selected account.
Account	The account number, as stored in IntelliDealer. Invalid account numbers appear reverse-highlighted.
Description	A brief description of the selected account.
Change Account	The account number to change the selected account to (or add to the selected table). A blank value in this field denotes that no change is applied.
Change Profit Center	The profit center to apply to the selected account. A blank value in this field denotes that no change is applied.

Click the Mass Change Profit Center link to change the profit center for all the accounts currently displayed in the search results using the Mass Change Profit Center screen.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen:

Button	Description
Apply	Applies the Change Account and Change Profit Center to the selected accounts.
Close	Closes the Maintain Accounts And Profit Centers screen without making any changes.
