Request Queue

The Request Queue screen is used to review data requests sent by the interfaces supported by IntelliDealer.

You can access the Request Queue screen by navigating to Administration > Settings > Request Queue.

In addition to the general Search bar, you can search for data requests by these fields:

Field Description
Interface A dropdown list where you can filter results based on your licensed OEM interfaces.
Status A dropdown list where you can filter results based on the transmission status of the request.
From Date / To Date Set these two fields as a range to filter data requests within the specified dates.

Listed items appear under these fields:

Field Description
Added The date a data request was added to the queue.
Sent The date a data request was sent to a receiving OEM.
Interface Which interface the data request was sent to.
Status The current status of the data request.
Attempts The number of attempts made to resolve the data request.
Request Data The category or type or data requested. A hyperlink with abridged information on the data request can be reviewed in this field.
Response A response that is generated from a completed data request.

Selecting a data request on this screen queues that request for reprocessing.
