CNH: Data Exchange Platform

This feature is currently in beta.

IntelliDealer has integrated with the CNH Data Exchange Platform (DEP) to allow users to transmit work order creation and update information to CNH.

A User Id, Password, and Subscription Key are required to access any CNH DEP interfaces. These details will be provided by CNH at time of setup.

Credentials Tab

1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > CNH Data Exchange Platform.

   The Credentials tab opens.

2. Fill in your credentials from CNH for the Data Exchange platform.

Work Order Makes Tab

On the Work Order Makes tab you can specify which makes you wish to include in the data being sent to CNH.

1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > CNH Data Exchange Platform, then select the Work Order Makes tab.

2. To add a new make, click Create.

   The Property Detail screen opens.

   

3. Select the Company to apply the configuration change to.

4. For the List Configuration Option, choose one of:

   • Transmit All—transmits all make codes in the work order transmit to CNH DEP.

   • Transmit All Excluding Configured Options—transmits all make codes except those you select from the drop down list.

   • Transmit Only Configured Options—transmits only the make codes you select from the drop down list.

   Tip: When using the drop down, you may make multiple selections. To narrow your search, enter one or more characters, and the interface will load makes that start with those characters. To remove a make, click the x at the right of its name.

5. Click Save.
