CRM Equipment Transmit

Use the CRM Equipment Transmit screen to configure equipment unit filtering for transmission through the Elead CRM Integration. The Makes tab allows units to be filtered based on the equipment make associated with the unit in the Equipment Profile.

To open the CRM Equipment Transmit screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > IntelliDealer > CRM Equipment Transmit.

Makes tab

The fields on the Makes tab are:

Field Description
List Functionality

Selects how the configured make list functions when determining what information to transmit. The available options are:

  • Transmit Only Configured Options—Transmits ONLY the makes configured on the list below. If nothing is configured in the list, nothing is transmitted by the interface.

  • Transmit All—Transmits all makes in the system, regardless of what is configured on the list.

  • Transmit All Excluding Configured Options—Transmits all makes EXCEPT the ones configured in the list. This option is useful when only a few makes should be excluded from the transmission, but the majority should be sent. If nothing is configured in the list, all makes are transmitted.
Division The division for which the make configuration applies. Makes are configured on a division-specific basis.
Make Code The equipment make code associated with the unit in the Equipment Profile. This code determines which equipment units are included or excluded from transmission based on the selected List Functionality option.
Make Description The description of the equipment make code. This field displays the make name associated with the make code.

Makes are shown in a list by division, as makes are configured on a division-specific basis.

To add a new make to the configuration list, click Create.

In the popup window, select a Division and the desired Make code, then click Save & Close to return to the configuration screen, or Save & New to configure an additional make.

Models Tab

The Models tab allows units to be filtered based on the equipment model associated with the unit in the Equipment Profile. This screen functions similar to the make configuration screen, but the models are considered system-wide and not specific to a particular division.

List Functionality

Model The equipment model code associated with the unit in the Equipment Profile. This code determines which equipment units are included or excluded from transmission based on the selected List Functionality option.

Models are considered system-wide and not specific to a particular division.

To add a new model to the configuration list, click Create.

In the popup window, select the desired model code, then click Save & Close to return to the configuration screen, or Save & New to configure an additional model.
