Configuration: Parts Invoicing - Configure Printers Tab
Use the Configure Printers tab to set up location-specific printers for picpaks generated when parts invoices are created through the IntelliDealer interface. If a location-specific printer is not configured, the system uses the default printer specified on the Parts Invoicing tab.
The Configure Printers screen is found in Configuration > Interfaces > IntelliDealer > Parts Invoicing , then select the Configure Printers tab.
The fields on the Configure Printers tab are:

| Company | The company code for the location where the printer is configured. |
| Division | The division code for the location where the printer is configured. |
| Location | The location code where the printer is configured. This printer is used for picpaks generated when parts invoices are created for this location through the interface. |
| Printer | The printer ID that is used to print picpaks for parts invoices created through the interface for this location. This field is required. |
Click Create to add a new printer configuration for a location. The Create button opens a window where you can:

Select the Company, Division, and Location where you want to configure a printer. These fields are required and must be selected in order (Company, then Division, then Location).

Select the Default Printer that is used to print picpaks for parts invoices created through the interface for the selected location. This field is required.
After entering the required information, click Save to save the printer configuration.
