Kubota Syncron

Kubota Syncron is a parts replenishment interface that reports parts stock levels, open orders, and transactional demand to Kubota on a nightly basis. It automatically generates parts orders based on suggested orders that Kubota transmits.

Prior to configuring Smart Supply and attempting to transmit any data, ensure that the new Kubota price file system has been configured and the first manual price file download and application has been successful.

Steps to Configure Kubota Smart Supply

  1. While on the Configuration tab, click the Create button:

  2. Select the Division which you would like to configure the integration for.
You can then select the PDF Report User ID that you wish to receive any error reports.

  3. Supply the Warehouse Group Code for your dealership. This is typically the main account number for the dealership organization.

  4. The Syncron User ID should be populated with kubotaprod004. This is a common value shared across all IntelliDealer dealerships.

  5. Identify parts vendors to be used by the integration. The Add Rows option will open a text field to key in, or search for, Kubota parts vendors.

Vendor numbers used here must match the vendor numbers configured in automatic price file updates.

  6. Select the drop down for the Syncron Vendor Code and map your Kubota vendor number to the Syncron Vendor Code for Kubota.

You can continue adding rows and configuring additional vendors to manage through Smart Supply, but you must ensure that you are mapping the IntelliDealer vendor number to the appropriate Syncron Vendor Code.

Note:  Dealers have the ability map a single ‘Other’ vendor within the integration. This can represent any single vendor which does not have a Syncron vendor code.

  7. Select the locations you wish to configure for the interface. Click the Add Rows link under the Location heading:

  8. For each location which should have inventory managed within Smart Supply, assign the appropriate location specific Warehouse Code.

  9. (Optional)Navigate to the Exclude Customers tab. This area allows you to identify any customer numbers that do not have transactional information sent to Smart Supply for. This may include inventory adjustment customers, parts return customers, branch transfer customers, etc.
Select the Create button and enter the division and customer number to exclude from the data transmit process.
