Vermeer Part Sales Transmission: Part Vendors

You can access the Vermeer Part Sales Transmission interface from Configuration > Interfaces > Vermeer > Part Sales Transmission.

On the Part Vendors tab you can configure the data being transmitted by searching for and selecting vendors. You then set the transmit options.

The List Configuration Option drop-down controls the functionality of the transmit. The options are:

• Transmit Only Configured Options - transmit ONLY the options configured on the list below. This is the default configuration option for the interface. If nothing is configured in the list, nothing will be transmitted by the interface.

• Transmit All - transmit all part sales in the system, regardless of what vendors are configured on the list.

• Transmit All Excluding Configured Options - transmit all part sales EXCEPT sales for vendors configured in the list. This option is useful when only a few vendors should be excluded from the transmission but the majority should be included.
