Safety Messages
The Safety Messages screen can be found in Setup under the Rental menu in the Configuration tab.
The Safety Messages screen is where specific, contextual warning prompts and system messages can be modified and redefined based on user needs.
The following information is displayed on the Safety Messages screen:

| Message Number | The assigned number of the message or prompt. |
| Description | A user defined description for the message or prompt. |
Create will open the New screen where a new Safety Message can be defined by Message Number and Description:
Clicking on an entry on the Safety Messages screen, or on the 
icon, will open the Edit screen:
You can define the content of each system message here.
Save will complete any changes made to the Safety Message.
Save & Next will complete any changes made as well as open an edit window for the next available system message.
Copy will save all information entered in each field, open a new Edit screen, and the information previously entered can be used again for a different system message.
Delete will clear the system message and remove it from the Safety Messages list.
Close will close the window.
