Trial Balance: Kubota Trial Balance Submissions
The Kubota Trial Balance Submissions tab shows a history of trial balances submitted to Kubota Dealer Analytics. It appears when Report Type is set to "Kubota" and displays submissions retrieved from Kubota's web service.
Access the Trial Balance: Kubota Balance Submissions screen by navigating to Financial Management > General Ledger > Financial Reporting and selecting Trial Balance under the list of Financial Reporting Runs options and selecting the Kubota Trial Balance Submission tab.
Use the Dealer Code dropdown menu to select the dealer history you want to view.
These fields are displayed:

| DMS | Dealer management system identifier. |
| As of Date |
The trial balance period. The last day of the selected GL month. IE, 2024-01-31 |
| Line Count | The total number of records in the submission. |
| Submitted Date | The timestamp for when the trial balance was transmitted to Kubota. |
The Reset button resets any search criteria or filters.
