General and User Access

Your courses are automatically assigned by your dealership role. Go to the menu in the upper left corner. Click on MyCourses & Learning Plans. All your courses to complete will display.

CDKU is now VitalEdge Center for Learning. CDKU is NO longer active. Instead, use the link below to access Learning. Enter your user name and password. You will be prompted to reset your password for the new site.

Contact your manager who can assign you courses by your Dealership position. You can take other courses by using the search feature at the top.

If sharing a computer during an ILT, let the instructor know your email. Instructor will mark you complete.
Miscellaneous

E-learning can be taken on your time at any time. E-learning courses are available 24/7. ILT sessions are conducted by a live instructor & have a teacher icon. You must sign up for a specific date /time for an ILT session. Once a date/time is chosen, you will receive a confirmation email.

Download the IntelliDealer Learning Spreadsheet. Complete it and submit it to the VitalEdge Support Portal at: http://support.vitaledge.com. Your new users will be added.

If you have completed the HE Import Sheet and identified your team members, click on the left menu and choose my team. Be sure to add yourself to the IntelliDealer Learning Spreadsheet as their manager.

A learning plan is assigned to a new user by their dealership role. Learning plans contain courses. Courses are part of a learning plan. Some users can be assigned more than one learning plan based on the dealership roles.
e-Learning Courses

All e-Learning courses are set to one hour. If you start a class and leave it, it will time out after one hour. Best practice is log-out and log back in. Then access the course when you have sufficient time to complete it without interruptions.

From the IntelliDealer Catalog, you can search by the course number or course name using the search filter. The course will display and you can start learning.

Only one manager can be assigned to a user and assign training. However, managers can view all users below them but not above them.

Occasionally, a course may have a glitch and not show completed. Contact Support at http://support.vitaledge.com
Instructor Led Courses

Find the session date/time. On the far right, click on the person (change session). A new window will appear to change your session. Choose desired session. Confirm. You will receive a confirmation email with new session date/time.

All ILT courses are in Eastern Standard Time. If you are in CST and class starts at 9:00am EST, you will login at 7:55am your time to attend your session.

If you click on a course that is Instructor Led, it will not start because you must sign up for a specific date /time. It freezes because the session has not started and it is NOT an e-Learning course but conducted by an instructor.

Go to the IntelliDealer Catalog menu on the left. Find the calendar below courses. View courses by date. Click on desired date and blue hyperlink. Choose your date/time session. Enroll in session on right side. You will receive a confirmation email for enrollment.

Yes, recorded VILTs are available as e-Learning courses. Search by course number and find one with a “R” after it (3448 R). View in its entirety for completion.
