Add Contact
To open the Add Contact window, tap the Add icon next to the Contacts header on the Customer Detail screen.
Note that:

At minimum, all new contacts must have a First Name and Last Name configured.

If you do not configure a phone number for the new contact, the system automatically assigns the primary contact's phone number to the new contact.
The Add Contact window allows you to perform the following actions:

To add the contact to the selected customer profile |
Tap the Add Contact button after entering the desired information. The contact is added to the selected customer profile. |
To return to the Customer Detail screen without adding the contact |
Tap the Back icon. |
The fields on the Add Contact screen are:
Field | Description |

Title | The prefix (Mr, Mrs, Dr, etc.) that applies to the selected customer (if applicable.) |
First Name | The contact's first name. |
Middle Initials | The initial letter of the middle name of the contact. |
Last Name | The contact's last name. |
Birth Date | The contact's birth date. |
Job Title | The contact's job title. |
Spouse Name | The name of the contact's spouse or significant other. |
