Customer Detail

To open the Customer Detail screen, tap any customer profile listed on the Customer Search screen after performing a search.

The Customer Detail screen displays detailed information for a specific customer profile and allows you to perform the following actions:

Action Steps
To edit the customer profile

Tap the Edit icon. The Edit Customer window appears.

To view the customer's equipment

Tap the Sub Menu icon and select View Customer Equipment from the drop down list.
The Customer Equipment screen appears.

You can also add an equipment unit to that customer's profile by clicking the button.

To set the customer's geographic location

Tap the Sub Menu icon and select Set Geo Location from the drop down list.
The Set Geo Location window appears.

To add a contact for the customer

Tap the Add icon in the Contacts section of the screen.
The Add Contact window appears.

To schedule a call for the customer

Tap the Sub Menu icon and select Add Call from the drop down list.
The Add Call window appears.

To view the customer's call history

Tap the Sub Menu icon and select View Call History from the drop down list.
The Customer Call History screen appears.

To view the customer's shipping information

Tap the Sub Menuicon and select Ship To from the drop down list.
The Ship To screen appears.

To plot a route from your current location to the customer's location

Tap the Globe icon in the Address field.
The Navigation Map appears.

To call the customer Tap the Phone hyperlink next to any of the phone numbers listed on the screen.
To email the customer

Tap the Email hyperlink next to any of the email addresses listed on the screen.
The native Email application on your device automatically opens a draft of the email.

All emails generated by ID MobileAccess are sent using the email address associated with your IntelliDealer user profile and Blind Carbon Copied (BCC) to your email address.

To edit the customer's contacts Tap a contact's name in the Contacts section.
The Edit Contact/ Primary Contact window appears.

The fields appear on the Customer Detail screen are:

Field Description
Status The status of the customer; either Active, Inactive, or Prospect.
Category The customer category:
  • Business—a business.
  • Individual—an individual.
  • Internal—an internal account.
  • Related—the customer is related to the dealership.
Customer Number The unique customer number as stored within IntelliDealer.

First Name
Middle Initials
Last Name

Depending on the customer's category, one or more of these fields may be present to provide details about the customer.
Business/Customer Name The name of the business or customer.
Contact Name The main contact for the customer.
Address The customer's address.
Geolocation The latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of the customer's address.
Phone Number The customer's business phone number.
Email The customer's business email address.
Cell Number The customer's cell phone number.
Salesperson The customer's main sales representative.
Account Information
Current The current outstanding amount owed by the customer.
31-60 The outstanding amount owed by the customer for 31-60 days.
61-90 The outstanding amount owed by the customer for 61-90 days.
91-120 The outstanding amount owed by the customer for 91-120 days.
Over 120 The outstanding amount owed by the customer for more than 120 days.
Total The total outstanding amount owed by the customer.
Future The total amount that is yet to be billed to the customer, based on pending invoices and quotes.
Contacts
Primary Contact The name of the contact. The primary contact's name appears in bold.
Email The contact's email address.
Phone Number The contact's phone number.
Cell Number The contact's cell phone number.
