Billing Analysis Totals
This screen displays the totals resulting from a billing analysis.
To open the Billing Analysis Total screen, click the Totals button on the Analysis Reports screen.
The fields displayed on the Billing Analysis Total screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Parts | The total amount (in dollars) of parts sold on the work orders the selected technician worked on. |
| Labor | The total amount of labor hours charged to the work orders the selected technician worked on. |
| Other | Any other miscellaneous charges associated with the work orders worked on by the selected technician. |
| Tax | The total amount (in dollars) of tax charged to the work orders the selected technician worked on. |
| Discount | The total amount (in dollars) of any discount amount that was applied to the work orders the selected technician worked on. |
| Total | A complete accounting (in dollars) of all previous rows. |
Click Close to exit this screen.
