Billing Analysis

To open the Billing Analysis screen, hover over the Product Support link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Service> Analysis Reports from the drop down list.

The Billing Analysis screen allows you to view billing analysis.

The following search fields appear on the Billing Analysis screen:

Field	Description
Select by	Search for billing analysis by selecting a means to search by (e.g. technician, type or reason).
Subtotal by	Select the means to subtotal the billing analysis search results by (e.g. technician, type, or reason).
Include Type	If selected, includes specific billing types within the billing analysis search results (e.g. all, internal, warranty, or customer).
Include Totals	If selected, includes totals within the billing analysis search.
Select Technician	Search for billing analysis by entering a technician.
Select Location	Search for billing analysis by entering a location.
Select Date Range	Narrow down the billing analysis search results by selecting a billing run date range.

The following fields appear on the Billing Analysis screen:

Field	Description
Technician	The name of the technician.
Work Orders	The number of work orders the technician has worked on.
Segments	The number of segments associated with the selected technician.
Parts	The total amount (in dollars) of parts sold on the work orders the selected technician worked on.
Labor	The total amount of labor hours charged to the work orders the selected technician worked on.
Other	Any other miscellaneous charges associated with the work orders worked on by the selected technician.
Total	The total amount of charges for work orders worked on by the selected technician.

Click on a Technician to see a breakdown of the technician's assigned work orders.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Billing Analysis screen:

Button	Function
Total	Opens the Totals screen which displays totals of the fields that appear on the Billing Analysis screen.
