Komatsu

To open the Komatsu tab, click the Transmit button on the Parts Order screen when creating a parts order for a Komatsu vendor.

The Komatsu tab allows you to enter Komatsu ordering information for the parts order.

The following Information fields appear on the Komatsu tab:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The following fields appear on the Komatsu tab:

Field	Description
Order Class	Select a Komatsu defined order class code, used to classify the parts order.
Order Type	Select a Komatsu defined order type code.
Marketing Program	Select a Komatsu defined marketing program code. The marketing program code is used to separate the parts orders.
Freight Carrier	Select the freight carrier used to transfer the parts order to the desired shipping location.
Customer Number	A combination of the dealer number and locations.
Start Digit	Specify the start digits on the IntelliDealer part numbers that will need to be removed before transmitting to Komatsu.
Clear Bin Location	If selected, does not transmit bin location information.
Use Sales Order in Bin Location	If selected, substitutes the sales order number into the bin location.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Komatsu tab:

Close	Closes the Komatsu tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
