Komatsu

Use the Komatsu tab to enter Komatsu ordering information for the parts order.

To access this screen, navigate to Parts Order and click the Transmit button when creating a parts order for a Komatsu vendor.

The Information fields that appear on the Komatsu tab are:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The fields that appear on the Komatsu tab are:

Field	Description
Order Class	Select a Komatsu defined order class code, used to classify the parts order.
Order Type	Select a Komatsu defined order type code.
Marketing Program	Select a Komatsu defined marketing program code. The marketing program code is used to separate the parts orders.
Freight Carrier	Select the freight carrier used to transfer the parts order to the desired shipping location.
Customer Number	A combination of the dealer number and locations.
Start Digit	Specify the start digits on the IntelliDealer part numbers that need to be removed before transmitting to Komatsu.
Clear Bin Location	If selected, does not transmit bin location information.
Use Sales Order in Bin Location	If selected, substitutes the sales order number into the bin location.

Click Close to complete your work on the Komatsu tab and return to the Parts Order screen.
