Product Support - Parts Ordering
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access Ordering | Gives the user access to the Parts Ordering screen at Product Support > Parts > Parts Ordering. |
| Add Orders | Allows the user to add a parts/stock order accessed from the Parts Ordering screen. When enabled, the Need to create a new stock order? Click here to add link appears. |
| Change Orders | Allows the user to change a parts order by adding parts to an order on the Parts Order screen. When enabled, a Subs and a Delete button and fields necessary to add a part appear. |
| Release Orders | Allows the user to receipt a parts order through the Parts Order screen. When enabled, a Release button appears. |
| Unrelease Orders | Allows the user to unrelease a parts order on the Parts Order screen. When enabled, an Unrelease button appears. |
| Receipt Orders | Allows the user to create a vendor receipt for a parts order on the Parts Order or DTF Parts Receipt screen. When enabled, a Receipt or Update button appears. |
| Access Consolidated Parts Order | Gives the user access to the Consolidated Parts Order screen through the Parts Ordering screen. When enabled, the Create Consolidated Parts Order link appears. |
| Access Pending Order Receipts | Gives the user access to the Pending Order Receipt screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Pending Order Receipts from the pop-up menu. |
| Access DTF Parts Receipts | Gives the user access to the DTF Parts Receipts screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting DTF Parts Receipts from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Order History | Gives the user access to the PO History screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Order History from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Order Correction | Gives the user access to the Order Correction screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Order History from the pop-up menu. |
| Access OFC Reclass | Gives the user access to the OFC Reclass screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting OFC Reclass from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Automatic Stock Orders | Gives the user access to the Automatic Stock Orders Parameters screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Automatic Stock Orders from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Stock Transfer/Central Inventory | Gives the user access to the Parts Transfer tab, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Stock Transfer/Central Inventory from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Create Stock Order | Gives the user access to the Selection Criteria screen, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Create Stock Order from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Special Terms Programs | Gives the user access to the Special Terms: Programs tab, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Special Terms from the pop-up menu. |
| Access Special Terms Orders | Gives the user access to the Special Terms: Orders tab, by moving the cursor over the Ordering Options link located at the top right of the Parts Ordering screen and selecting Special Terms from the pop-up menu. Then click the Orders tab. |

Allows the user to edit the Fuel Surcharge field on the Add Freight screen. |
| Access Komatsu Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to transmit Komatsu parts orders directly to the vendor using the Transmit tab. |
| Access Komatsu Parts Order PDC Selection | Allows the user to select the PDC (Parts Distribution Center) to receive the part from in the PDC field of the Parts - Komatsu Parts Order tab. |

Allows the user to transmit Volvo parts orders directly to the vendor using the Transmit tab. |
| Access Vermeer Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to transmit Vermeer parts orders directly to the vendor using the Parts - Vermeer Parts Order tab. |
| Access Bobcat Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to download a CSV file of a Bobcat parts order from the Bobcat Parts Order Download screen which can then be uploaded to the Bobcat Parts Ordering Web Service to transmit the order to the vendor. |
| Access Doosan Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to download a CSV file of a Doosan parts order from the Doosan Parts Order Download screen which can then be uploaded to the Doosan Parts Ordering Web Service to transmit the order to the vendor. |
| Access Kubota Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to download a CSV file of a Kubota parts order from the Kubota Parts Order Download screen which can then be uploaded to the Kubota Parts Ordering Web Service to transmit the order to the vendor. |
| Access Kobelco Parts Order Download |
Allows the user to transmit Kobelco parts orders directly to the vendor using the Transmit button on the Parts Order tab. |

| Access Multimedia | Gives users access to the Multimedia button when creating or modifying a stock order. |

| Allows Changes To Transfer Purchase Orders | Allows users to edit Parts Transfer purchase orders. |
