Shipping Address

To open the Shipping Address tab, click the Transmit button on the Parts Order screen when creating a parts order for a Komatsu vendor.

The Shipping Address tab allows you to enter the shipping information for the parts order.

The following Information fields appear on the Shipping Address tab:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The following fields appear on the Shipping Address tab:

Field	Description
Ship to Name	The name of the customer receiving the parts order from Komatsu.
Address	The customer's address.
City	The city where the customer resides.
Province/State	The province/state code where the customer resides.
Zip/Postal Code	The customer's zip/postal code.
Country	The country where the customer resides.
Phone Number	The customer's contact phone number.
Attention	Allows you to indicate if you want a particular individual to view the parts order by entering the individual's name.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Shipping Address tab:

Close	Closes the Shipping Address tab and returns to the Parts Order screen.
