Shipping Address

Use the Shipping Address tab to enter the shipping information for the parts order.

To access this screen, navigate to Parts Order and click the Transmit button when creating a parts order for a Komatsu vendor.

The Information fields that appear on the Shipping Address tab are:

Information
Field	Description
Order Number	The order number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Status	The current status of the parts order.
Location	The location where the parts order was originally created.

The fields that appear on the Shipping Address tab are:

Field	Description
Ship to Name	The name of the customer receiving the parts order from Komatsu.
Address	The customer's address.
City	The city where the customer resides.
Province/State	The province/state code where the customer resides.
Zip/Postal Code	The customer's zip/postal code.
Country	The country where the customer resides.
Phone Number	The customer's contact phone number.
Attention	Enter the name of a particular individual to view the parts order.

Click Close to complete your work on the Shipping Address tab and return to the Parts Order screen.
