Select Desired Print Options
The Select Desired Print Options screen can be accessed from the General Ledger Posting screen by clicking on the Print button.
The Select Desired Print Options screen generates the Journal Details report.
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Select Desired Print Options screen:

| Printer | The printer that will print the selected report. |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file of the journal details report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Select Desired Print Options screen:

| Run Report | Generates the journal details report. |
| Close | Closes the Select Desired Print Option screen without running the journal details report and returns to the General Ledger Posting screen. |
