Select Desired Print Options
Use the Select Desired Print Options screen to generate the Journal Details report.
To open the Select Desired Print Options screen, click Print on the General Ledger Posting screen.
The fields on the Select Desired Print Options screen are:

|---|---|
| Printer | The printer that will print the selected report. |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file of the journal details report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |
The following report is produced during a Journals Details run:

The buttons on the Select Desired Print Options screen are:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Run Report | Generates the journal details report. |
| Close | Closes the Select Desired Print Option screen without running the report and returns to the General Ledger Posting screen. |
