Salary Changes

The Salary Changes tab can be accessed from the Employee Profile tab by clicking on the Salary Changes tab.

The Salary Changes tab allows you to track salary changes applied to an employee's profile. Salary changes occur on the Compensation section on the Employee Profile tab, changes applied to the Pay Type, Hourly Rate, Hours Worked Per Week, and Annual fields are tracked on the Salary Changes tab.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Salary Changes tab:

Information
Field Description
Employee Number The number of the employee whose profile is currently being displayed.
Employee Name The name of the employee whose profile is currently being displayed.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Salary Changes tab:

Field Description
Date The date the salary change was applied to the selected employee's profile.
Comments The employee's previous rate/hour and salary/year are displayed.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Salary Changes tab:

Button Function
Close Closes the Salary Changes tab and returns to the Employee Profile screen.
