Call History - Salesperson/Call History - Type

Use the Call History - Salesperson and Call History - Type screens to access and view previous call histories. To access the Call History - Salesperson screen, click the View Detail icon next to Last 5 Calls on the Sales Support Portal screen.

Sorting options on the Call History - Salesperson/Call History - Type screens are:

Sort by
Field Description
Date Sort the search results by date.
Salesperson Sort the search results by salesperson.
Category Sort the search results by category.
Customer Sort the search results by customer.

Search fields on the Call History - Salesperson/Call History - Type screens are:

Field Description
Select Salesperson Search for call history by entering a salesperson.
Select Territory Search within a specific territory.
Select Category Search for call history by selecting a call category from the drop down list.
Select Date Range Narrow down the call history search results by selecting/entering a date range.

Fields that only appear on the Call History - Type screen are:

Field Description
Select Reason Search for call history by entering a reason code.
Select Result Search for call history by entering a result code.

Fields on the Call History - Salesperson/Call History - Type screens are:

Field Description
Name The name of the customer contacted.
Date The date the call was made.
Category The category of the call.
Salesperson The salesperson that made the call.
Type The type of call.
Reason The reason for the call.
Results The result of the call.
