Quotes

Use the Quotes screen to view a customer's current quotes. To access the screen, click the Quote link on the Customer Profile screen.

Information fields on the Quotes screen are:

Information
Field	Description
Name	The customer's name.
Business Phone Number	The customer's business phone number.
Salesperson	The salesperson assigned to the customer's profile.

Fields on the Quotes screen are:

Field	Description
Reference Number	The quote reference number.
Description	A brief description of the quote.
Location	The location where the quote was created.
Quoted	The date the quote was printed.
Expiry Date	The date the quote expires.
Type	The type of quote (e.g. service, parts, equipment or rental).
Status	The status of the quote (e.g. open, expired, accepted or pending approval).

Click a Reference Number to view a preview of the quote.

Click Close to complete your work on the Quotes screen and return to the previous screen.
