Open Quotes
You can use the Open Quotes screen to view a list equipment quotes that have a status of Pending or Quoted for the selected unit.
To open the Open Quotes screen, click the Open Quotes link on the Equipment Profile screen.
The Information fields listed on the Open Quotes screen are:
| Field | Description |

| Make | The make of the selected unit. |
| Model | The model number of the selected unit. |
| Description | A brief description of the selected unit. |
| Serial Number | The machine serial number of the selected unit. |
The fields in the table on the Open Quotes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reference Number | The quote reference number. Click the Reference Number link to view the quote or email a copy of it. |
| Salesperson | The salesperson associated with the quote. |
| Name | The name of the customer associated with the quote. Click the customer Name link to open the corresponding Customer Profile. |
| Location | The location where the quote was created. |
| Quoted | The date when the quote was first printed or emailed to the customer, thereby changing the status of the quote to Quoted. |
| Expiry Date | The expiry date of the quote. |
| Status |
The status of the quote. Only quotes with a status of Pending or Quoted are listed on the Open Quotes screen. |
