Add Reports

Data Source: RFGBKD, RFGRD

To open the Add Reports screen, click the Need to add a report? Click here link on the Book tab.

The Add Reports screen allows you to add reports to the selected financial book.

The following search fields appear on the Add Reports screen:

Field	Description
Select Report	Search for a financial report by entering a report name.
Select Description	Search for a financial report by entering a report description.

The following fields appear on the Add Reports screen:

Field	Description
	Use to select which reports to include in the financial book.
Report	The name of the financial report.
Description	A brief description of the financial report.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Add Reports screen:

Button	Function
Save	Incorporates the selected reports into the selected financial book.
Close	Closes the Add Reports screen without selecting any reports and returns to the Book tab.
