Create Financial Book

The Create Financial Book screen can be accessed from the dashboard "Financial Reports" view by clicking on the View Details icon.

The Create Financial Book screen allows you to select multiple reports to print or run as a single report creating a financial book.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Create Financial Book screen:

Field	Description
Select Report	Search for financial books by entering a report name.
Select Description	Search for financial books by entering a report description.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Create Financial Book screen:

Field	Description
	Allows you to select which financial reports to include.
Report	The name of the financial report.
Description	A brief description of the financial report.
Run as of	The G/L Date the report was generated.
Run Date	The calendar date the report was generated.
Run Time	The time the report was run.

Click on the Report to view a preview of the report.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Create Financial Book screen:

Button	Function
Refresh	Refreshes all field data.
Run	Regenerates the selected reports.
Print	Prints the financial book including all the reports selected from above.
Close	Closes the Create Financial Book screen without creating a financial book of reports and returns to the dashboard.
