Open Service Work

Use the Open Service Work screen to view a customer's open service work orders. Work orders currently in progress are marked with a **Currently in progress** message above them. Similarly, work orders that have been completed recently are marked with a **Completed in the last 14 days** message.

To access the screen, click the Work Orders button on the Customer Profile screen, under the Quick Links section.

Information fields on the Open Service Work screen are:

Information
Field	Description
Name	The name of the customer whose open service work orders are listed.
Business Phone Number	The customer's business phone number.
Salesperson	The salesperson assigned to the selected customer's profile.

Fields on the Open Service Work screen are:

Field	Description
Work Order	The work order number.
Machine	A brief description of the unit on the open service work order.
Description	A brief description of the service performed on the open service work order.
Estimated Completion	The estimated date of completion for the service performed on the corresponding open service work order.
Location	The location where the service is being performed.

Click a Work Order Number to open the Work Order Details screen to view the details of a selected work order.

Click Close to complete your work on the Open Service Work screen and return to the Customer Profile screen.
