Open Service Work

The Open Service Work screen can be accessed from the Customer Profile screen by clicking on the Open Work Orders link.

The Open Service Work screen allows you to view a customer's open service work orders.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Open Service Work screen:

Information
Field	Description
Name	The name of the customer whose open service work orders are listed.
Business Phone Number	The customer's business phone number.
Salesperson	The salesperson assigned to the selected customer's profile.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Open Service Work screen:

Field	Description
Work Order	The work order number.
Machine	A brief description of the unit on the open service work order.
Description	A brief description of the service performed on the open service work order.
Estimated Completion	The estimated date of completion for the service performed on the corresponding open service work order.
Location	The branch location where the service is being performed.

Note:  Work Orders currently in progress will be marked with a **Currently in progress** message above those Work Orders. Similarly, Work Orders that have been completed recently will be marked with a **Completed in the last 14 days** message.

Click on a Work Order Number to open the Work Order Details screen to view the details of a selected work order.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Open Service Work screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Open Service Work screen and returns to the Customer Profile screen.
