Work Order Details

Data Source: WOH, WOR, WODES

To open the Work Order Details screen, click an Order Number on the Scheduled Work Orders screen.

The Work Order Details screen allows you to view the details of a selected work order.

The following fields appear on the Work Order Details screen:

Field Description
Work Order The work order number.
Machine A brief description of the unit on the work order.
Machine Serial Number The unit's serial number.
Stock Number The unit's stock number.
Basic Warranty Date/Hours The date and hour the unit's basic warranty expires.
Ext. Warranty Date/Hours The date and hour the unit's extended warranty expires.
Customer The name of the customer on the work order.
Location The branch location where the work order was opened.
Salesperson The salesperson associated with the work order transaction.
Customer Charged The amount of customer charges applied to the work order.
Warranty Charged The amount of warranty charges applied to the work order.
Internal Charged The amount of internal charges applied to the work order.

The following fields appear on the Segment Details section of the Work Order Details screen:

Segment Details
Field Description
Opened The date the repair was opened.
Started The date the repair work was started (or is scheduled to start).
Scheduled Start Date

The date on which the service for the selected segment is scheduled to start.

Last Activity (Parts)

The date the last parts transaction was posted to the repair.

The amount of days since the last parts transaction occurred.

Last Activity (Labor)

The date the last labor transaction was posted to the repair.

The amount of days since the last labor transaction occurred.

Technician

The number of the technician performing the service.

Note:  The Certification Lookup icon will appear if a technician has certification attached to their profile. Clicking on the icon will open the Employee Certification screen.

Estimated Completion The date the work on the repair is estimated to be completed.
Downtime Delay Code The downtime delay code. Represents the reason why the repair was delayed.
Job Code The job code number that represents the predetermined service charge.
Job Code Hours The total number of labor hours that should be spent performing this repair.
Hours Worked The amount of labor hours a technician has worked on the repair.
Hours Charged The amount of charged labor hours.
Customer Charged The amount of any customer charges.
Warranty Charged The amount of any warranty charges.
Internal Charged The amount of any internal charges.
Description A brief description of the repair.
Complaint If applicable, a description outlining a complaint related to the repair.
Cause A description of what caused the original complaint.
Correction A description of how the problem was corrected.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Work Order Details screen:

Close Closes the Work Order Details screen and returns to the previous screen.
