My Profile

The My Profile screen allows you to adjust your user profile and default settings.

To access, from any IntelliDealer screen, click the icon, located in the upper right corner, then select Profile > Update Profile.

The fields on the My Profile screen are:

Field Description

Margin Worksheet In/Out

Indicates your current status in regards to the branch. When a user whose current status is not In signs into IntelliDealer, the system prompts them to reset their status.

Status can be one of:

  • In—the only one that doesn't ask for an Out Comment.

  • Stepped Out—prompts you for a return time via the Time Back drop down.

  • Out of Office—prompts you for whether you will be online and a Date Back.

  • Sick—prompts you for a Date Back.

  • Vacation—prompts you for a Date Back.

Currently, this functionality only applies to the Margin Worksheet area of the Equipment Quoting module.

Contact The system associates your name with your user ID.
Phone Number Your phone number.
Phone Extension Your extension.
Business Cell Number Your mobile phone number.
Carrier

Your mobile phone carrier.

Valid carrier codes are configured on the Mobile Phone Carriers screen.

Email Address Your "From" email address. It is used by numerous applications in the system.
BCC My Address For All Outgoing Emails If checked, your email address is added to the BCC for all outgoing emails. This checkbox is disabled if your administrator has configured an email address in the BCC E-mail Address field on User Profiles.
Default Region

Allows you to filter your search locations by region. The region code selected includes all branch locations set up with the same region code in System Settings and IntelliDealer automatically inserts them into the Select Location field.

Default region codes apply only to Select Location fields that allow the use of multiple locations (e.g. Your Customers screen).

Default Printer The default printer for print jobs. You may choose a different printer prior to running a report.
Start At The first page that displayed after you sign in to IntelliDealer.
Default Results To Display

The default number of results to display when conducting a search on any of the screens listed in the Start At field above.

By default, the system displays ten search results. This field also defaults to ten if it is left blank or set to zero.

Date Format

Allows you to change the format of how dates are displayed.

  • MM-DD-YYYY

  • DD-MM-YYYY

  • YYYY-MM-DD

Note:  Dates always appear between '-' symbols regardless of user entry.
