Employee Selection / Technician Selection
Use the Technician Selection screen to select a technician from the list or search for a technician to populate the corresponding field on the previous screen. The Technician Selection screen can be accessed by clicking the Search 
icon next to a Technician field.
Search fields on the Employee Selection / Technician Selection screen are:

|---|---|
| Select Location | Search for employee/technician by entering a location. |
| Select Profit Center | Search for employee/technician by entering a profit center. |
| Select Name | Search for employee/technician by entering an employee or technician name. |
| Select Class | Search for employee/technician by entering a class code. |
Fields on the Employee Selection / Technician Selection screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the employee/technician. |
| Technician Number | The technician's ID number. |
| Profit Center | The profit center code—a three-digit alphanumeric field representing a department and a location. |
| Class | The employee's/technician's job class. |
Profit Center Departments are:

| 0 | Balance Sheet |
| 1 | Administration |
| 2 | Equipment Sales |
| 3 | Parts |
| 4 | Service |
| 5 | Rental |
| 6-9 | User-defined departments |
