Daily Cycle Count
Use the Daily Cycle Count screen to select the percentage of the month's bin range that is counted per day and perform a parts cycle count.
To open the Daily Cycle Count screen, click a Month on the Cycle Count screen.
Fields on the Daily Cycle Count screen are:

| Percentage to Count Today |
Indicates the percentage of this month's bin range that is counted today. When creating the daily count sheet, the Percent to Count Today represents the percentage of this month's bin range that will be counted today while the % completed on the main cycle count screen represents the overall percentage of parts that have been counted. For example, if the total number of bins is 10 , specifying 10% to count today would give you 1 bin to count but if there were 9 parts in that bin and 1 part in every other bin, then after counting the first bin you have completed 50% of the overall number of parts to count. |
| Number of Counters |
Indicates how many people are counting. This creates an equally sized count for each person. The default value is 1. IntelliDealer allocates the work up by dividing the quantity on hand that needs to be counted by the number of bins or parts to be counted. |
| Last Bin Counted | Indicates where you left off in the counting process. |
Click Create Count to recalculate the last bin counted according to the value entered in the percent to count today field and create the corresponding count file(s).
Click Close to close the Daily Cycle Count screen and return to the Cycle Count screen.
