Category/Class/Subclass

The Category/Class/Subclass screen can be accessed from the Equipment Profile tab by clicking on the Search icon next to the Category/Class/Subclass field.

The Category/Class/Subclass screen allows you to search for a code to populate the category/class/subclass fields on the Profile tab.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Category/Class/Subclass screen:

Field	Description
Select Category	Search for a category/class/subclass codes by entering a category code.
Select Class	Search for a category/class/subclass codes by entering a class code.
Select Subclass	Search for a category/class/subclass codes by entering a subclass code.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Category/Class/Subclass screen:

Field	Description
Category	The unit's category code. Use to catalog the unit into a hierarchy used for classification.
Class	The unit's class is used to further break down a units category code.
Subclass	The unit's subclass is used to further break down a units category and class codes.
Description	A brief description of the codes.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Category/Class/Subclass screen:

Button	Description
Close	Closes the Category/Class/Subclass screen and returns to the Profile tab.
