Inventory Count Update

The Inventory Count Update screen can be accessed from the Inventory Count screen by moving the cursor over a number on the Count Number field and selecting Update from the pop-up menu.

The Inventory Count Update screen allows you to update the part master file with the variances of the parts in the selected count. The count will be removed after it has been updated.

The following is a description of the field that appears on the Inventory Count Update screen:

Field	Description
Count Number	Displays the count number of the inventory count that you have selected that will update the parts master file.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Inventory Count Update screen:

Button	Function
Continue	Updates the part master with the variances of the parts in the selected count.
Close	Close the Inventory Count Update screen without updating and returns to the Inventory Count screen.
