Part History

The Part History screen can be accessed from the Work Order Parts Requisition Details tab by clicking on the Warning icon (flashing triangle) next to a highlighted Part Number field. The highlighted Part Number field indicates that the part has been sold on the same serial number within the last 12 months.

The Part History screen allows you to view or search for all part sales that have occurred within the last year.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Part History screen:

Field Description
Select Machine Serial Number Search for part history by entering a machine serial number.
Select Part Number Search for part history by entering a part number.
Select Date Range

Narrow down the part history search results by selecting/entering a date range.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Part History screen:

Field Description
Reference Number The work order number.
Location The branch location of the part requisition.
Quantity The number of parts sold within the selected date range.
Date The date the part was sold.
Customer Name The customer who purchased the part.
Price The price of the sold part.

Click on a Reference Number to open the Work Order Details screen.

Click on a Customer Name to open the Customer Profile screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Part History screen:

Close Closes the Part History screen and returns to the Work Order Part Requisition Details tab.
