Exchange Reason/Delete Contract Reason/Credit Reason

The Exchange Reason/Delete Contract Reason/Credit Reason screens allow you to select an exchange reason from the list.

Note:  
Valid Rental Reason Codes are set up on the Rental Reason Code screen accessed through the Configuration Quick Links screen.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Exchange Reason/Delete Contract Reason/Credit Reason screens:

Field	Description
Code	The code representing the reason for the exchange.
Description	A brief description outlining the exchange code.
