Quote Values

Use the Quote Values screen to enter quote values for the selected SAM contract. See also How to use SUBLET special parts.

The Quote Values screen is accessed from the Contract Details screen by clicking the Quote Values button.

Note:  The Quote Values screen only applies to SAM programs that are coded as cash code 5 and if the user group security is enabled.

Fields on the Quote Values screen are:

Field	Description
Hour Meter	The unit's current hour meter reading.
Scheduled	The scheduled date of service.
Description	A description of the job code.
Parts	The quoted parts amount for this work order.
Labor	The quoted labor amount for this work order.
Sublet	The quoted sublet amount for this work order. If your service department needs to contract out for work, or have an outside expert into the shop to perform repairs this is referred to as a sublet.
Service Call	The quoted service call amount for this work order.
Delivery	The quoted delivery charge for this work order.
Other	Any other quoted values entered on this work order.

Click a Description to open the Job Code Description screen.

Click Save to save the changes made on the Quote Values screen.

Click Close to close the Quote Values screen without saving and return to the Contract Details screen.
