Selection Criteria

To open the Selection Criteria screen, click the Filter icon on the Work Order Service Scheduling screen.
The Selection Criteria screen allows you to configure the information that is displayed on the Work Order Service Scheduling screen.
The following filter criteria appears on the Selection Criteria screen:
Field | Description |

Select Status | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by status. |
Select Technician | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by technician. |
Select Model | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by the model of the unit on the work order/segment. |
Select Type/ Reason | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by the type and/or reason code assigned to the work order/segment. |
Select Shop/ Bay | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by shop or bay location. |
Schedule By Segment |
If selected, will display every segment of a work order as individual blocks on the Service Scheduling screen, thereby allowing you to schedule individual segments separately. |
Select Customer | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar by customer. |
Select Inside/ Outside/ Shift | Allows you to filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the sidebar based on the shift associated to the technician on the work order/ segment. |
The following Display options appear on the Selection Criteria screen:
Note: The following options are based on the information in the work orders/segments. If there is no information in a work order/segment for the selected option, no information will be displayed in the corresponding work order block on the Work Order Service Scheduling screen.

Option | Description |
---|---|
Status | The status of the first segment of the work order; either Customer, Warranty, or Internal. |
Customer Name | The name of the customer on the work order. |
Make/ Model | The make and model of the unit on the work order. |
Technician | The technician assigned to the work order. |
Type | The type code on the work order. |
Reason | The reason code on the work order. |
Estimated Hours | The estimated number of hours it will take to complete the service on the work order. |
Shop/ Bay | The shop or bay assigned to the work order. |
Inside/ Outside Shift | Indicates whether the service will be completed at the branch or outside of the branch. |
Estimated Completion Date | The estimated completion date of the service on the work order. |
To save the selected filter criteria, hover over the Bookmark icon and select Save Defaults from the pop up menu.
To reset the filter criteria, hover over the Bookmark icon and select Reset Defaults from the pop up menu.
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Selection Criteria screen:

Save | Saves the selected filter criteria and returns to the Work Order Service Scheduling screen, displaying the refreshed results. |
Close | Closes the Selection Criteria screen without saving any changes. |
