Card Swipe
Use the Card Swipe screen to authorize a credit/charge card by swiping it through a card reader. The screen allows a 45 second time window to swipe the card. Once the 45 seconds has expired you may Retry, Resend, or Cancel the transaction. The Card Swipe screen is used by VersaPay devices. See A/R Agency - Payment Card Interface.
To open the Card Swipe screen, click the Swipe button on the A/R Agency tab.
Fields on the Card Swipe screen are:

| Retry | If any errors occur or time runs out while swiping the credit/charge card, click the Retry button to swipe the card again. |
| Resend | Resends the card information if any errors occur preventing the transaction from being sent. |
| Cancel | Closes the Card Swipe screen without capturing card information and returns to the A/R Agency tab. |
