Work Order - DDC
Use the Work Order - DDC screen to search for and select a downtime delay code from the list to apply to the selected work order.
The Work Order - DDC screen is accessed by clicking the Search 
icon next to the DDC field throughout the Service system. The Search icon next to the DDC field appears only if valid DDC are loaded on the Downtime Delay Codes screen.

Narrow down the search for work order downtime delay codes by entering a downtime delay code. Valid Downtime Delay Codes are set up on the Downtime Delay Codes screen accessed through the Configuration Quick Links screen. |
Click Close to close the Work Order - DDC screen and return to the previous screen.
