Work Order - DDC

The Work Order - DDC screen can be accessed by clicking on the Search icon next to the DDC field throughout the Service system.

The Work Order - DDC screen allows you to search for and select a downtime delay code from the list to apply to the selected work order.

Note:  
The Search icon next to the DDC field will only appear if valid DDC are loaded on the Downtime Delay Codes screen.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Work Order - DDC screen:

Field	Description
Search	Narrow down the search for work order downtime delay codes by entering a downtime delay code.

Note:  
Valid Downtime Delay Codes are set up on the Downtime Delay Codes screen accessed through the Configuration Quick Links screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Work Order - DDC screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Work Order - DDC screen and returns to the previous screen.
