Downtime Delay Code

To open the Downtime Delay Code screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer an select Service> Work Orders> Downtime Delay Code from the drop down list.
The Downtime Delay Code screen allows you to add a downtime delay code, edit a downtime delay code, and view downtime delay codes. Downtime Delay codes are used on a work order to indicate why a segment has been delayed and can be used for selecting and reporting purposes. Downtime Delay Codes added to the system will appear on the Work Order DDC screen and can be used as a valid downtime delay code on work orders. The Work Order DDC screen can be accessed by clicking on the Search icon next to any searchable DDC field.

The following search fields appear on the Downtime Delay Code screen:

Select Code | Search for downtime delay code by entering a downtime delay code. |
Select Description | Search for downtime delay code by entering a downtime delay code description. |
Include Inactive | If selected, includes inactive downtime delay codes in the search results. |
The following fields appear on the Downtime Delay Code screen:

Code | The downtime delay code which indicates the reason for the segments delay. |
Description | A brief description of the downtime delay code. |
