Select Print Parameters
Use the Select Print Parameters screen to set up printing parameters before creating the corresponding report. The screen also sets the sort options for a check run or check run preliminary before printing.
Fields on the Select Print Parameters screen are:

| Printer | Select the printer that prints the report. |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file of the report. which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |
Printing Details fields appear on the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through the Parts Profile screen:

| Label Type | Select whether to print a Part label or a label for the Bin Location of the part. |
| Select Quantity | Select the number of labels to produce. |
Fields that appear on the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through the Parts Profile, Customer Profile, or Vendor Profile screen are:

| Bar Code | Includes a barcode on the parts label. |
| Part Number | Includes the part number on the parts label. |
| Description | Includes a brief description of the part on the parts label. |
| Price | Includes the part's price on the parts label. |
| Bin Location | Includes the part's bin location on the parts label. |
| Add Vendor Information on Top Line | Includes additional vendor information line (vendor's number and phone number) at the top of the label. This parameter appears only when accessing the Select Print Parameters screen through the Vendor Profile screen. |
Field that appears on the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through the Check Run screen is:

| Sort By | Select whether to sort the check run by either Vendor Number or Vendor Name. |
Buttons on the Select Print Parameters screen are:

Print—prints the selected report based on the parameters selected.

Close—closes the Select Printer screen without running the report and returns to the previous screen.
