Adding a Priority Code

Priority codes added to the system will appear as a valid priority code in the Priority field drop down list on the Shipping tab within the PO system.

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Priority from the drop down list.

3. The Priority screen will appear.

4. On the Priority screen, clicking on the Need to create a new priority? Click here to add link.
   The Priority screen will appear.

5. On the Priority screen, enter a three digit alphanumeric priority Code.

6. Enter the branch Location where the priority code will be available for use as a valid code.

7. Enter a brief Description of the priority code.

8. On the Priority screen, click the Save button to save the new priority code and return to the Priority screen.
   - or -
   Click the Save & New button to save the new priority code.
   The Priority screen will refresh allowing you to add another priority code without closing the screen.
