Changing the Status of a Task

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, move the cursor over Quick Links and select Task Tracker from the pop-up menu.

  2. The Task Tracker screen will appear.

  3. On the Task Tracker screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
    The Task Tracker screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  4. Click on an ID/Priority.
    The Task/Action tab will appear.

  5. On the Task/Action tab, select a Status from the drop down list.
    • Pending: The task is not yet started.

    • In Progress: Starts the progress of the task, sending the work unit to the first participant on the work flow. You are able to send the participant a message regarding the task at hand when sending the work unit to the selected participant.

    • Cancelled:When the he task is cancelled the system allows you the option to notify all the participants involved with the task.

    • Completed:The task has been marked completed and no further work needs to be done.

      Note:  
      Once a task's status has been changed to Completed the task can no longer be modified.

  6. Click the Save button.
