Changing the Status of a Task

From any IntelliDealer screen, move the cursor over Quick Links and select Task Tracker from the pop-up menu.

The Task Tracker screen will appear.

On the Task Tracker screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.

Click on an ID/Priority.
The Task/Action tab will appear.Task/Action tab
- On the Task/Action tab, select a Status from the drop down list.
Pending: The task is not yet started.
In Progress: Starts the progress of the task, sending the work unit to the first participant on the work flow. You are able to send the participant a message regarding the task at hand when sending the work unit to the selected participant.
Cancelled:When the he task is cancelled the system allows you the option to notify all the participants involved with the task.
Completed:The task has been marked completed and no further work needs to be done.
Note:
Once a task's status has been changed to Completed the task can no longer be modified.

Click the Save button.
