Copying a Cost Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From on the Parts list, click the Costing link and select Cost Code Order Creation from the drop down list.

3. The Cost Code Order Creation screen will appear.

4. On the Cost Code Order Creation screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click on the Go >> link.
   The Cost Code Order Creation screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Cost Code.
   The Cost Code Order Creation screen will appear.

6. On the Cost Code Order Creation screen, click on the Copy button.
   The Cost Code Order Creation screen will refresh allowing you to add additional information to the copied cost code before creating the new copy.

7. Once you have fill out all the desired fields click on the Save button to create the new cost code.
