Copying a Terms Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Terms from the drop down list.

3. The Terms screen will appear.

4. On the Terms screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Terms screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Code.
   The Terms screen will appear.

6. On the Terms screen, click on the Copy button.
   The Terms screen will refresh allowing you to add additional information to the copied terms code before creating the new copy.

7. Once you have fill out all the desired fields click on the Save button to create the new terms code.
