Deactivating a Parts Type Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From on the Parts list, click the Profile link and select Types from the drop down list.

3. The Types screen will appear.

4. On the Types screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Types screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Code.
   The Types screen will appear.

6. On the Types screen, select the Active for G/L checkbox, removing the checkmark.

7. Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the type code within the system.
