Deactivating a Payroll Type

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Types from the drop down list.

3. The Types screen will appear.

4. On the Types screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Types screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Payroll Type.
   The Types screen will appear.

6. On the Types screen, click on the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

7. Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the payroll type within the system.
