Deactivating a Report Group

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the Parts list, click the General link and select Report Groupings from the drop down list.

3. The Report Groupings screen will appear.

4. On the Report Groupings screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click on the Go >> link.
   The Report Groupings screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on a Vendor or Sale Account.
   The Report Groupings screen will appear.

6. On the Report Groupings screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

7. Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the report group within the parts system.
